Besides Elizabeth "Betsy" Woolsey and Fleming Beaty Woolsey, another son of Jeremiah Woolsey and Mary "Polly" Stephens was William Woolsey, b 1815, of Livingston Co, KY, and of Franklin Co, MO and of Jasper Co, MO. He is buried in the Gibson Cemetery, and married in Jasper Co, MO 25 Apr 1845 to Mary Ann Gibson.

The interesting thing about this William is that he is said by some
family sources to have been married back in TN about 1838 and possibly had two children, unknown at this time. He had several other children by Mary Ann Gibson, so he did not die early.
