    • Roger V. Logan, "Some Descendants of William Woody of Virginia and Lincoln Co., Tennessee", (Boone County [AR] Historian, v.4#4, 1981, pg 80-91), says married Nancy Burer. Believe his source is a biography of Reuben B. Woody. Strongly suspect someone thought Reuben said his mother's name was "Nancy Burer" when it was really "Massy Burrow". She is noted as "Massy" in every census she appears in.
